Two areas 20m square were surveyed using resistivity, magnetometry, ground penetrating radar and electromagnetic methods. At the northern area (just to the S of a previous survey, PRN 17304) a linear anomaly was detected in both radar and resisitivity along the assumed line of the Sweet Track (PRN 10739) with a faint linear magnetic anomaly following it slightly to the W. The radar also detected what a appeared to be the root system of a bog oak although this was not detected using other methods. The southern area was sited just to the W of the presumed line of the trackway and no linear features were detected. An area of higher resisitivity was located which also appeared in the magnetic and radar data, whilst this could be geologicial it may have an anthropogenic origin. {1}
